A passion for cake

Welcome to my website. I handmake delicious cakes using traditional recipes and natural ingredients. To accommodate dietary requirements, some are WHEAT FREE, some GLUTEN FREE and some DAIRY FREE - I don't compromise on quality as I want them to taste great. Whether you like them fluffy, crunchy, fudgey, moist or chewy, my cakes are created for your pleasure.

I provide large cakes for parties and events, or individual slices and cupcakes to bite-sized morsels. My cakes are sold to independent cafes, at food markets and the occasional festival or expo.

Hallow's Eve and Thanksgiving are creeping up on us. With long dark nights and dreary headlines, don't you just want something satisfying, sweet and comforting. I've got a few offerings to be cheerful about - sticky black gingerbread, spicy men & women biscuits, some chili chocolate brownies and a marmalade brack. A brack is popular at Halloween in Ireland where a similar but yeasted version is made containing small objects baked into the bread.
