Tempting Treats

Every cake and biscuit is hand-made using premium natural ingredients; free-range eggs, Fairtrade cocoa, unwaxed lemons, unsalted butter and rich Belgian chocolate. Some are either WHEAT, GLUTEN, DIARY and EGG FREE. All cakes and biscuits are freshly baked, ready for you to enjoy.

LARGE CAKES TO SHARE
LEMON POLENTA - a zesty tasting WHEAT FREE cake made from unwaxed lemons, ground almonds and polenta, drenched in a fresh lemon syrup. This moist cake keeps well and delicious on it's own or as a dessert with whipped cream.

CARROT AND WALNUT - A nutty moist cake containing freshly grated carrot, some raisins and speckled with walnut pieces. This cake is midly spiced and hoorah, no coconut! Can be created With or without a cream cheese frosting.

MARMALADE BRACK - a loaf popular in Ireland, made with tea-soaked dried fruit and marmalade - it is not too sweet and can be eaten plain or toasted and buttered. My brack contains NO DAIRY products.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE - a rich and moist seductive cake containing milk and dark Belgian chocolate, filled with raspberry preserve and laced with creamy white chocolate.

STEM GINGERBREAD
A dark, sticky and spiced cake made with stem ginger and topped with fresh lemon icing and flakes of crystallised ginger. Also available as individual cupcakes.

A must for almond lovers as each one contains marzipan, almonds and a white chocolate buttercream.

NUT BROWNIES
Moist and crunchy containing 73% Belgian chocolate, Fairtrade cocoa and toasted brazils, hazelnuts and almonds.
